Your account

One account belongs to one person. Sharing login details, or letting several people learn from a single seat, is a breach of these terms and we may suspend the account without a refund.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account.

You must give accurate details when registering. Certificates are issued in the name on the account.

What you are buying

A course purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access that course's video, material and code for as long as we operate the platform, including updates we publish to it.

A workshop registration gives you a seat for one named attendee at that scheduled workshop. Seats may be transferred to another person up to forty-eight hours before it starts by writing to us.

Physical items such as the Starter Pack board kit are governed by the shipping policy.

What you may not do

Record, re-upload, resell, or redistribute course video, material or code. Downloadable material is for your own study.

Scrape the platform, attempt to bypass access controls, or use automation to bulk-download content.

Post anything in the community that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or that leaks someone else's confidential or proprietary design.

Community conduct

The forum is moderated. We may edit or remove posts and suspend accounts that break the rules above, and we do not owe a refund where an account is suspended for conduct.

You keep ownership of what you post, and you grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price you paid at the time of purchase is the price that applies to that purchase.

Payments are handled by a third-party gateway. An order is confirmed only once the gateway reports a successful payment.

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds are governed by the refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

Certificates

A certificate confirms that you completed a course or attended a workshop. It is not a licence, an accreditation, or a guarantee of employment.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and force majeure events can interrupt service.

We may retire a course. Where we do, we will give notice and keep the material downloadable for a reasonable period.

Liability

The courses are educational material. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn, including in any commercial design.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the item the claim relates to in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
