Refund & Cancellation Policy

Courses

You may request a refund within seven days of purchase, provided you have completed less than twenty percent of the course and have not downloaded the full material set.

Beyond seven days, or past that completion threshold, the purchase is final. This exists because the material is downloadable.

Workshops

Cancel more than seven days before the workshop date for a full refund.

Cancel between seven days and forty-eight hours before, and you get a fifty percent refund or a free transfer to the next scheduled run of the same workshop — your choice.

Inside forty-eight hours, the seat is non-refundable, but you may transfer it to another person at no cost by writing to us with their name and email.

If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you get a full refund or a seat on the new date, whichever you prefer.

Starter Pack and physical kits

Unopened kits can be returned within seven days of delivery. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Damaged or incorrect items: tell us within forty-eight hours of delivery with photographs, and we will replace the item or refund it in full including shipping.

Opened kits with components used or missing cannot be refunded.

How to request

Write to hello@doyourproject.in from the email address on the account, with the order reference and the reason. You can also raise it from the chat widget inside the platform.

We acknowledge within one working day and decide within two.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks typically take five to seven working days to show the credit; the gateway's timeline is outside our control.

Where a refund is issued, access to the refunded course or seat ends immediately.

Exceptions

Accounts suspended for breaching the terms are not refunded.

Promotional or bundled items given free with a purchase have no independent refund value.
