Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital delivery

Courses, eBooks and downloadable material are available in your dashboard as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.

Workshop joining details for online sessions are emailed at registration and again twenty-four hours before the start.

If a purchase does not appear within an hour, write to us with the payment reference and we will fix it.

Physical items

Kits are dispatched within three working days of a confirmed order, from Pune, Maharashtra.

Delivery typically takes three to seven working days within India depending on the pin code. Remote locations can take longer.

A tracking link is emailed once the courier picks up the parcel.

Charges

Shipping within India is included in the listed price unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We do not currently ship outside India. International attendees of online workshops receive the digital material only.

In-person workshops

Boards and components used during an in-person workshop are provided at the venue. Where a kit is listed as take-home, you collect it on the day — nothing is shipped.

Problems with delivery

Wrong address or an unreachable phone number is the most common cause of a failed delivery. Check both before you order.

If a parcel is lost in transit, tell us and we will raise it with the courier and ship a replacement once the claim is settled.

Damaged on arrival: photograph the parcel and contents and write to us within forty-eight hours. See the refund and cancellation policy for what happens next.
