What we collect

Account details you give us: name, email address, mobile number, and the college or organisation you enter when registering for a course or workshop.

Learning activity: courses you enrol in, lessons you complete, quiz attempts, downloads, and posts you make in the community forum.

Payment records: the amount, date and status of a transaction, along with the last four digits and card network returned by our payment gateway. We never see or store full card numbers, CVV codes or UPI credentials.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited. This is used to keep the service running and to spot abuse.

Why we use it

To give you access to what you bought, keep your progress, issue certificates and invoices, and let you post in the community.

To send transactional messages — receipts, workshop joining instructions, schedule changes and password resets. These are not marketing and cannot be switched off while you hold an account.

To send course announcements and offers, only if you opt in. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link.

To improve the courses: which lessons get rewatched, where people drop off, which questions repeat in the forum.

Who we share it with

Payment gateways, to process the transaction. Email and messaging providers, to deliver the messages above. Hosting and analytics providers, to run the platform. Each receives only what that job needs.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We may disclose data where a law, court order or a lawful government request requires it.

How long we keep it

Account and learning records stay while your account is open, and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting law requires us to retain transaction records.

Forum posts remain visible after account closure unless you ask for them to be removed.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything wrong, deletion of your account, or withdrawal of marketing consent. Write to us and we will act within thirty days.

Deleting your account ends access to purchased courses. We will tell you this before we proceed.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. Analytics cookies are used only in aggregate. Blocking cookies in your browser will log you out and may break parts of the platform.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfect — if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as required.

Children

The platform is meant for people aged sixteen and above. Younger learners may use it with a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will post the new version here and notify account holders by email before it takes effect.
